Refund Policy

A $300 fee is due immediately upon booking in order to secure your event date with The Mother Board.

Under all circumstances, this fee is non-refundable.

In instances where an event is cancelled before the remaining balance is due (7 days prior to the event date), the scheduled invoice for the remaining balance will be cancelled.

 

In instances where the event is cancelled within 7 days of the event date (after the remaining balance has been collected), no refunds will be issued.

• The Mother Board prides themselves in exceptional food preparation & service. Menu items are timely purchased, thoughtfully prepared and stored prior to the event date. 

• If requested, The Mother Board offers boxing and same-day delivery of the prepared food to any location within the same distance as the original event location, at no extra cost.
